Cultural Expressions International LLC was created by Caroll and Grady Elliott as a way to celebrate the things they love and value in life -- Family, Friends, Music, and Dancing! CEXi (As we like to call it) is a family-owned business that celebrates the beauty in the different cultures that make life worth living.
